Abstract :
The issue of Water Security has increasingly gained the global concern. Henan province is presently confronted with the severe imbalance in water resources distribution and drinking water security, which is extremely detrimental to agricultural production. In the study of regional water resources optimization, with the guide of systmetic theory, based on improved adaptive genetic algorithm, corresponding mathematical model is established in this article to deal with some problems which include precocious or non-global convergence or slow convergence. The result shows that the improved algorithm has good global search ability and rapid convergence rate, which lays a theoretical foundation for global optimization problem of water resources allocation, which has been already adopted by Water Conservancy Bureau of Anyang city, and good effects have beed brought.
