This paper first addresses the current situation and problems in GGP in China, then presents some suggestions in order to facilitate the green government procurement. To achieve this, it should lay down the laws and regulation in detail on GGP, operate electronic procurement, offer grant-in-aid or price margin subsidy to those enterprises purchasing through GGP, and raise the environmental protection awareness of the public as well.
