Abstract :
Degree of sustainable development of mineral resources (DSDMR) is the basis and security of mining cities´ sustainable development. Thus, how to promote the DSDMR of mining cities has been widespread concerned by people. This paper tries to search for the systematic evolution characteristics and rules of DSDMR by highlighting the science and technology function of intelligence system. Afterward, it proposes the improved strategic selection under the stable state and the critical strategic selection under the critical state for DSDMR system. Then it indicates that the basic way of improving DSDMR of mineral city is the integration of the improved strategy and critical strategy.
