Abstract
The value of the government portal website services is to pursue the tenet of the service-oriented, the experience of focusing on the client interaction and the construction of scene service which is initiative and introductory. According to the characteristics of the scene service, this paper discusses the method of building the scene service system and provides a architecture program for the scene service content management system. Finally, this paper takes the thesis of “apply for residence” of scene service as the example of the basic design process of scene service.
