Abstract :
The key of new fuzzy set theory (C-fuzzy set theory): the different kinds of relations between two fuzzy sets, the statistics background of fuzzy sets, the calculation of grade of membership, the overlapping coefficient, and the expansions of Zadeh\´s fuzzy set theory, etc., are discussed in this paper. This paper also can be regard as an introduction of the Chinese book "New fuzzy set".
