Abstract :
This paper describes the activities carried out by ESA in the design and development of an end-to-end phased array simulator for Space Surveillance. The requirements posed on the simulator are herein discussed and prioritized; preliminary SW/HW design trade-offs are then presented. Interfacing with real HW breadboards is also discussed.
