Abstract :
The beginning of Growth Enterprise Board provides opportunity for China´s economic transformation and help China´s economy choose the next round heights of economic growth. SMEs which have e-business nature are representatives of many Chinese traditional enterprises in the new economic situation, the success of these enterprises are highly related with many traditional enterprises implementing information and achieve a real e-commerce.
