Abstract
In the era of knowledge-based economy, the contribution of innovation of service enterprises to economic development is growing, but the existing theories are focused on technological innovation of manufacturing enterprises mainly. Comparing to manufacturing enterprises, service enterprises pay more attention to the innovation to satisfy customer demand and accumulate knowledge. This paper establishes the services innovation evaluation index system of the service enterprises on the basis of service sector innovation index (SSII), and make an empirical test of the indicator system which is based on service enterprises in Zhejiang Province to prove its scientificity.
