Abstract :
The emerging 42 V standard requires a redefinition of vehicle power systems. This paper outlines an advanced software concept that integrates a “from idea to manufacture” design flow and helps to reduce the number of required hardware prototypes. Starting with topology and load balance analysis, steps are shown of how to build a virtual prototype for detailed analysis with the example of a power window system
