Abstract :
The paper proposes an optimized Apriori mining algorithm based on ontology by contrast with traditional data-mining ones, which could mine data on the high-level. The algorithm is based on the domain and background knowledge in what the ontology describes. And we use the algorithm in the fire protection emergency decision system. The experiment result shows that applying the algorithm can expose more exact certainty rules and provide more meaningful decision suggestions for decision-maker.
