Abstract :
Summary form only given as follows. The paper considers the set of organizational mechanisms, which are used in the design and in the management of scientific projects. The proposed set of organizational mechanisms includes: expert and multi-criteria estimation, incentive mechanisms, resource allocation mechanisms, risk management procedures, etc. Particular attention is devoted to the consideration of project participant´s activity-their ability for purposeful behavior in accordance with their interests
