Abstract :
A novel kind of Makowski charge pump has been proposed, which covers more available voltage conversion ratios (VCRs). The design has been optimized in efficiency and area performance. A mathematic theory Lagrange Theorem has been used to conduct the optimization, which is also applicable for other charge pump topologies.
