  • Abstract
    Context is an important foundation for knowledge share and reuse. In this paper, we first introduce the concept and characteristics of the context, propose a context-based approach to knowledge share and reuse, then construct a multi-dimensional, hierarchical context modeling method. We next present a method for measuring the context similarity based on host context model tree. A component-based architecture of context- based knowledge share and reuse system is also given in the paper. By using this approach, we finally implement an adaptive knowledge delivery and matching system based on user´s specific situations, which can greatly improve the efficiency of knowledge share and reuse.
