Abstract :
Enterprise life cycle is generally divided into four stages: establishment, growth, maturity and decline, the primary target of the enterprise during the period of establishment should be the enlargement of enterprise scale, and with which the enterprise´s human resource management will be faced up with unprecedented stress: more arrangement of recruitment and training, challenge on the formal post setting and job analysis, and the new problems to implementing of corporate culture, compensation incentive system and the traditional performance appraisal system. In the present paper, a practicable model is proposed in order to deal with these problems, which is based on performance management system and takes human resource flexible management into consideration.
