Industry cluster has been proven to be an effective pattern of regional development in theory and in practice. The agricultural industry cluster plays a positive role in some aspects such as promoting the development of regional economic, improving the overall agricultural productivity and enhancing the competitive advantage of agricultural products. In this study, Hubei Province as the research object, based on the discussion of the general situation of agricultural industrial cluster development, the main model and the existing problems, and the analysis of Diamond Model and GEM Model of the industrial competitiveness, it construct the path model with a view to guide practice, which is suitable for the development of agriculture industrial cluster in Hubei Province.
