Abstract :
The paper describes a pulse signal acquisition ASIC intended for MEMS switch, which operates at 1.5V and consumes only 0.296μW that fully satisfies the requirement of working for at least 10 years with the supply of button cell. RC oscillator optimized for low power was developed and used in clock generator. Pulse width regulation module acquiring the preprocessed input pulse signal was employed to generate a positive pulse of adjustable broad width thus achieving the goal of controlling corresponding equipment automatically. The proposed system is fabricated in 0.18-μm CMOS technology over an area of 595μm×651μm.
