Abstract :
Summary form only a given. This paper aims at the effective allocation of-available research and development (R&D) resources by using a holistic approach. The basic philosophy is to put up all potential portfolios and to select one of them by using multicriteria decision making (MCDM) methods. A computer-based decision support system (DSS) provides an interactive decision process, various search methods and different visualization levels
