Study on Multi-objective Decision Making Method of Enterprise Project Investment

To multi-objective decision-making problems of Enterprise project investment, this paper analyzed the issues in project decision, considered the factors of qualitative and quantitative in the project decision, and combined with the various constraints of the project selection process, then established the objective planning model of enterprise project investment and discussed the application of the model. The paper proposes applying the 80/20 principle to choice evaluation objectives, and using simplified scoring method to dealing with those qualitative goals.
