Abstract
Country risk which is the most important risk in Cross-border M&As of Chinese Resource-based Enterprises, is the decisive factor in the success of M&As. Nowadays, country risk has been transferring from the traditional form to the nontraditional form which is more complicated and covert over the world. Chinese Resource-based Enterprises must identify and make appropriate strategy adjustment to avoid country risk. On the basis of reviewing the theory of country risk, this paper firstly analyses the country risk of Cross-border M&As of Chinese Resource-based Enterprises, then discuss the way to guard against country risk.
