As an important part of market economy, trade association is a crucial force to effectively coordinate the relation between government and enterprises. Based on analyzing the main problems of human resources disposition of trade association in China, this paper not only explored the causes of these problems from the perspective of nation, government and association itself respectively, but also put forward some countermeasures. In this paper, some serious problems existed in the human resources disposition of Chinese trade associations are proposed, such as severe bureaucratism, unclear responsibility, aging personnel and insufficient personnel competence. The causes of these problems involved: no explicit position for trade association, lack of independence due to excessive intervention from government, deficient initial function setting and so on. Therefore, some helpful countermeasures were put forward by this paper, including clearly defining position of trade association, indeed empowerment, improving personnel disposition, optimizing talent introduction mechanism and strengthening motivation strategies.
