Abstract :
This paper deals with the designing and control of soft switch multi-input DC-DC power converter to be used in embedded system, particularly in transport application. The converter has been simulated with an output power of 1.8 kW (voltage 400 V; current 4.5 A) and switching frequency of 50 kHz. The converters can be voltage or current controlled, depending on the type of source in the overall system, and their limitations.
