Abstract :
Summary form only as given. In this paper, the authors investigated the role of the intra-organizational network (ION) as an information system. It accelerates organizational learning which is an element of organizational intelligence. As the organizational strategy is changing from competition to symbiosis, the measurement for the performance should be modified in the organization. The measurement changed from efficiency and effectiveness to effervescence. This means that focus on the management changed from control to support. The ION is not just only a computer network system, but also an integrated concept for the machines and humans in organizations. The authors emphasized that a measure of effervescence suited the evaluation of the organizational creativity; the others suited the evaluation of performance of normal activities
