Abstract :
This paper investigates the influence of high resolution parameter estimation accuracy on the performance of synthesized mobile radio channels. Based on realistic parameter estimation results a set of artificially noised parameters is used for channel synthesis. The synthesized radio channels are fed to a MIMO performance evaluation framework to analyse the impact of the introduced artefacts on the predicted performance of different types of antennas.
