Abstract :
Summary form only given a follows. New technologies, mainly computer based technologies oriented to a multiplicity of functions, require special attention both in development and insertion processes. The adoption of a conceptual framework from literature, and its operationalization, by means of a system of structured schemes in a procedure of collective analysis and management, may supply appropriate “tools” for supporting new technology development, validation and controlled insertion in organization. The integrated use of schemes and different techniques in a collective process of analysis, planning and control is described in this paper. The main schemes are presented in detail, together with some results that have arisen from the applications of the system
