Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper uses research method of principles analysis that faces user to study users, resources, management and supervision, and product value in full life-cycle those affect enterprises survival. It is found that enterprises have responsibilities of quality assurance, legal observation for the government regulator and the social sustainable development, those which correspondingly needs to build a credible brand spread system, a structure ensuring humanity internally and stock and marketing system of credit first, and product design and management setup based on full life-cycle. In addition, it is revealed that enterprises survival and development need to build ideological function of users´ interest guarantee and forming an interests´ alliance with users. In order to execute duty of sustainable development, enterprises must construct their survival and development function which aims at social stability and harmony.
