Abstract :
Based on the continuous model, the paper established a discrete model, which is good at showing the impact of environmental protection investment to economic and environment simply. There are three response strategies in the paper: complete elastic response strategy of environmental protection investment, directional elastic response strategy of environmental protection investment and minimum maintain response strategy of environmental protection investment. They were all used for the simulation of the model. And the best strategy is the third one. Through the simulation, it is known that the growth of depreciation rate by environment is conducive to environment quality but not to economic development and the rate of technological progress of environmental protection is good at both sides. The increase in population growth rate is not conducive to the development of both.
