Abstract :
This paper presents a quadrature carrier cancelling receiver applied in NFC. A novel solution to overcome self-jamming issue is also presented. The feasibility of system is verified through ADS simulation and implementation on the NI platform. Test results show that the sensitivity is improved by 13dB with this architecture.
