Abstract :
An efficient method for generating overlapped reconstructions in a CT scanner having slip rings is proposed. This method benefits from the availability of a contiguous string of filtered backprojections to enable any desired degree of overlapped reconstructions without the corresponding overhead in computation. Therefore it allows faster volumetric and cine reconstructions
