Abstract
Summary for only given as follows. QCC is the key to meet the needs of productivity improvement, yet there are some educational problems to facilitate the implementation of QCC in manufacturing which the study attempts to investigate: (1) the problem factors for the QCC workers who take the training courses of QCC, (2) applying the methods of the training to the QCC tools, and (3) the main problems for not using the methods during working. 3040 QCC workers´ opinions were collected and analyzed. Some conclusions and suggestions were drawn to improve the QC training practice
