Abstract
Objective management and performance appraisal complement each other, promoting the innovation and originality of coal enterprises. Directed towards the difficulties in coal enterprises, this article built a multi-objective programming model, which decomposed the monthly targets of production, footage and coal quality into each production team, and obtained the crucial parameters with Analytical Hierarchy Process. This way we combined the qualitative methods and quantitative methods, which decreased the influence of subjective factors, and obtained reasonable decomposition result, providing coal enterprises scientific foundation for the implementation of objective management and performance appraisal.
