Abstract :
Summary form only given as follows. The general purpose is control of risk of ecological, technogenic and sociogenic accidents. This concept is fixed on the basis of created software based on mathematical modeling. The obtained results are the characteristics of levels of recreative possibilities, intensity of regulatory gears and reserve of ecological system; the various scripts of liquidation of consequences of accidents; valuation of risk of occurrence of irreversible changes at different levels of organization of ecological system, prognosis of ecological situation
