Abstract :
Since 1995, Amazon was established as a Website, B2C mode of e-commerce has gone through ups and downs for 14 years. However, B2C e-commerce of China started late and showed a pattern of torn apart by rival principalities. In recent years, as represented by 360buy Jingdong Mall, B2C e-commerce market experiences a "blowout". Their successes bring a shock to the Chinese e-commerce again. This article will take 360buy Jingdong Mall as an example, analyze the development model of domestic B2C Company in China, and give suggestions.
