Abstract
This paper has studied the "credit barrier" in C2C E-Commerce market, 751 sellers\´ data were collected from the taobao.com. After the empirical analysis, it has been confirmed that the credit barrier exists in the C2C E-commerce, and the third-party credibility of the security services provided by the C2C platform has a positive effect on reducing the lever of credit barrier. The C2C platform could do more efforts to help establish a free and fair C2C environment.
