Abstract :
The authors analyzed the individual programs and the specified successful projects of the typical institutes in the public sector. They propose the common conceptual scheme of technology transfer from the public sector to the private sector through the analysis. They point out some problems concerning the technology transfer for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) and propose some ideas of how to solve them
