Title :
Derailment potential of articulated wagons due to track twist
Author_Institution :

Abstract :
This paper describes a simple analytical technique for determining the derailment potential of articulated wagons as they negotiate curve entry spirals. The effects of local track perturbations are included. The technique is iterative and analogous to moment distribution. It is implemented using the Mathcad program
