Abstract
Knowledge exchange is the foundation of producer service cluster (PSC), and it is the strong security of PSC to enhance competence. Based on the literature review on industrial cluster, producer service cluster, knowledge network and knowledge exchange, the paper proposes the knowledge network structure of PSC, build the knowledge exchange model of PSC and the three modes of knowledge exchange based on knowledge network, then analyze the significances in the management fields.
