  • Abstract
Chinese construction industry has faced many dilemma, to some degree, this dilemma has been a stumbling block under the certain time background of China. This paper pays attention to the inner-produced mechanism of employment problems in China construction industry. Simply summarized, there are three main difficulties. Firstly, construction labor localization is required by characteristics of economic activities of construction and organization mode of productivity. Second, the construction services localization is the only way to reduce the ineffective production cost caused by mobility, and it is also an important way to benefit local society and economy. Thirdly, under the conditions of the imbalances of supply and demand relationship in the labor market and asymmetric information, it is the construction industry that is the most prone to employ cheap labors. Correspondingly, it provides some opinions and strategies to solve the above issues, for examples, by taking the connotation of localization of construction labor, Using Commuter Services, providing the employees in the construction industry particularly the construction services with the minimum wage standards and the treatment.
