Abstract :
This paper proposed a full-mode channel estimation algorithm for DTMB system dealing with long echo channel. The interference free frame head (FH) data are reconstructed by using part of estimated received frame head (FH) data as an approximation. We reconstruct frame body (FB) data by removing (adding) the influence of the tail of FH (FB) and apply iterative processes to refine estimated channel impulse response (CIR). Computation complexity of proposed method outperforms existing algorithms while implement complexity is much lower. Simulation results show that our method outperforms others 1-2dB in low SNR and performs nearly the same in high SNR.
