Abstract
With the development of network and multimedia technologies, information hiding in video streams has played an important role in the steganographical field, and correspondingly video steganalysis techniques are catching attention of the security department of each government. In this paper, MSU StegoVideo, a public video steganographic tool is analyzed deeply. A new steganalysis algorithm, which uses correlation between adjacent frames and detects a special distribution mode introduced by the embedding scheme, is proposed to detect the existence of secret messages. Experimental results show that the proposed method can give correct detecting results at different video coding bit rates and even different noise levels.
