Abstract :
A new transformer model for a multiple-winding transformer, which describes the leakage phenomenon, is presented. The unique feature of the model is that each parameter in the model corresponds to a physical magnetic flux. The model parameters can be determined by using the finite element tool. The model can also be converted into other forms, such as the π-model
