Applying Digital Forensics in Various Application Fields: Required Elements for Having Legal Force

Because of a sudden increase in digitalization, digital record plays on important role as a critical clue in the view of investigation. These trends stress the importance of Digital Forensics, and are continuing to make steady progress in that research area. So many elements, which give legal force to gained digital clues, are already exist and can be applied in various application fields. In this paper, we analyzed valuable elements, which were included in most Digital Forensics tools or processes, for having a legal force, and suggested applicable fields.
