Abstract :
Credit Risk + model, which proposed firstly in 1997 is a helpful tool to simulate the distribution of loss allocation of electronic supply chain enterprises. It not only benefits to existing customer relationship, but also provides faster, cheaper products advertisement customer development and cultivate their bonds of satisfaction and loyalty, retain customers. The following article focuses on the calculation of fraud order probability and fraud order loss by using Credit Risk + model, and demonstrates an example of real company.
