Abstract :
The paper presents a fault diagnosis algorithm for rectification circuit in doubly salient electro-magnetic wind generator system. The laws of excitation current both in normal condition and fault conditions were analyzed in detail. And it classified the faults (within 2 diodes faults) as 7 patterns or 22 faults states according to distortion laws of excitation current. Taking 24/16 poles doubly salient electro-magnetic wind generator as a prototype, fault signals at great mass were gathered. Wavelet analysis of fault excitation current was processed and fault diagnosis was carried out by the fault pattern vectors established based on energy eigenvalue. Experiments confirm the feasibility of the proposed fault diagnosis system.
