Abstract :
Global firms are active to develop innovation to adapt to the turbulent environment and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Innovation is an interactive process and diversity among those who interact promotes the innovation process. Organizational climate is widely seen as v ital for increasing interaction, communication, interpersonal contact and increasing their willingness to share information. The objective of this research is to und erstand the relationship among knowledge diversity, knowledge interaction, organizational climate and business innovation, this research will conduct the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results are expected to demonstrate the framework of knowledge diversity, knowledge interaction, organizational climate, business innovation and provide rich implication for managers and future researchers.
