Abstract :
To ensure the proper assembly of the engine and its high performance, strict requirements are demanded, which involve the correctness of the carving and marking on piston surface, the accurate position of gas ring and oil ring and the installation of piston pin holepsilas check ring. Therefore the special photoelectric automatic detecting machine of automobile piston surface tag and accessory state is developed. In this paper, the collectivity design, the transporting and first orienting mechanism, the detection locating and revolving mechanism, the placement of detecting components, the electrical configuration and the automatic detecting software are all introduced.
