Abstract :
In atmosphere circumfluence the development of hailstone is of law which will be implicated in the time series of the radar echo image if the Doppler radar is used to detected hailstone. Taking it into account that cloud is a kind of liquid, an algorithm for segmenting and getting potential hailstone cloud blocks is designed, the rules to estimate temporal relation among different clouds in different radar echo images are constructed and at last, a tracing algorithm of clouds based on their outer rectangles is given in this paper. By using these algorithms the knowledge of universality about developing hailstone weather is obtained, which is helpful to make hailstone weather forecast automatically as early as most.
