Abstract :
In this paper, the multivariable servo-tracking (linear, continuous-time) control-design problem for a general class of MIMO linear dynamic systems is considered, and a rather complete, general, algebraic design procedure is developed using the theory of "subspace-stabilization". The results include, as special cases, procedures for multivariable stabilization and set-point regulation control-design for MIMO linear systems.
