Abstract
An effort is made to construct an interactive design aid environment with a highly semantic description facility and a logically effective verification facility for increasing software productivity oriented toward reutilization. The proposed method for design simulation is a semantic technique, based on an effective human interface in the entity model constructive process. The system helps human beings to understand and verify during the design process. This can be achieved by semantically representing an entity model and performing predicate calculus on its entity characteristics, using rule-based inference from the database for software conceptual description. Application examples are presented
