Abstract :
The purpose of the present work is the decision of a general problem of construction of adaptive systems of optimum control of nonstationary objects with application to identification, systems of processing of the information and systems of acceptance of the decision. The analysis of the received results of theoretical researches allows to proceed to the decision of tasks connected to analytical designing of adaptive systems of optimum control by nonstationary objects to application of identification.
