            Abstract : 
In developing countries, approximately 90% of the population lack access to sufficient and sustainable supplies of energy with nearly 2 billion people without access to electricity. This lack of access contributes to deficiencies in rural health care services, particularly limiting activities such as immunization programs which often require consistent refrigeration. The development of distributed energy technology has the potential to support increased health services in rural communities, particularly for vaccine distribution.
